  1. Add the Scotch Bonnet Pepper (40), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup), Garlic (15 clove), Salt (1 teaspoon), and Distilled White Vinegar (1 cup) to the blender or food processor and puree it until it’s a smooth consistency. This will take about 1 minute.

  1. Pour into a clean, dry container and store.
